The Sea Pioneer officers and ratings crew seminar took place in Manila on 12–13 November at the Peninsula Hotel and the Nautilus Training Center, with the participation of 80 seafarers from the Philippines and Romania.

The agenda included key topics such as SIRE 2.0 and RightShip RISQ 3.1 compliance, safety and security highlights, marine incident case studies, environmental stewardship, leadership development, mentoring and coaching, as well as strategies for fostering psychological safety onboard and achieving optimal crew performance through effective social interaction.
